How To Make Korean Fried Tofu (Dubu-jeon)
Ingredients
- 1 pound firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/4 cup gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
