How To Make Korean Fried Tofu (Dubu-jeon)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/4 cup gochujang (red chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
